What should I bring to a yoga class?

Please bring your own mat and you can bring any props you may need, such a blocks or strap but these are not essential. You're also welcome to bring any props you may need, such as blocks, strap, blankets or pillows to make you more comfortable!

What shall I wear to one of your classes?

I recommend wearing comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for a full range of motion. I also suggest bringing layers in case the room temperature fluctuates. Additionally, it's important to wear clothing that makes you feel confident and comfortable, so you can focus on your practice.

What should I bring to a sound bath?

To ensure your comfort during a sound bath, it is recommended to bring a mat, pillows and blankets to stay warm and cosy during the practice!

Are your classes good for people with disabilities?

I am committed to making yoga accessible to everyone. My classes are suitable for people with disabilities and are designed to be adapted to meet your individual needs. I offer modifications to the poses and provide a supportive environment where you can explore the practice at your own pace. Are your classes suitable for beginners?

My yoga classes are suitable for everyone, including beginners. I believe that yoga is for everyone, and I tailor my classes to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and safe. I provide clear instructions and modifications throughout the class, so you can move at your own pace and feel confident in your practice.

What's your refund/cancellation policy?

I offer a full refund for any cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled class. If you need to cancel up to 24 hours before the class, I can offer you a credit to use towards a future class. No refunds or credit will be offered for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the class
