Service Description
Let the soothing vibrations of the Singing Bowls wash over you to relax, reset and restore your mind, body, and soul. Sound can quickly and easily bring you into a state of rest akin to meditation or even sleep, a state where healing is able to occur, without you needing to do a thing. The sounds introduced during a sound bath are an invitation to invoke a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and gain perspective on what’s going on within you without the distractions. Sound baths are the perfect medicine for anyone who wants to carve out space for themselves to rest and connect more deeply with who they are.
